Refund & Cancellation Policy – HypeChats

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made on HypeChats, a digital social networking platform owned and operated by Nexuzy Tech Pvt Ltd.

By making any payment on HypeChats, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Services

HypeChats provides digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Premium subscriptions

  • In-app features

  • Digital upgrades or paid services

As per Indian law, digital services once activated or delivered are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.


2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Payments made on HypeChats are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Subscription fees once activated

  • In-app purchases or digital features already delivered

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

  • User dissatisfaction after service activation

This is in accordance with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • Information Technology Act, 2000


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Exceptions)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A payment was debited but service was not activated

  • A technical error caused duplicate payment

  • A transaction failed but the amount was deducted

  • Service was unavailable due to a platform-side fault

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Nexuzy Tech Pvt Ltd after verification.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Transaction ID / Order ID

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for refund request

Incomplete or late requests may not be processed.


5. Refund Timeline

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways


6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions anytime from:

  • App settings

  • Platform account dashboard

  • Respective app store (if applicable)

Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting support may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent service restriction

We encourage users to contact support first for quick resolution.


8. Changes to This Policy

Nexuzy Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
